SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days. Please allow 2 additional business day for all customized orders.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address you supply at the time of checkout. The Minted Olive is not responsible for packages once they are received by USPS, and is not responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns for in-store credit! Please make sure to return your unworn items along with your receipt within 15 days of your purchase. We do recommend taking the time to read through each product description for details on the fit of each piece of apparel. 

 

In the event that you need to exchange/return, we will process exchanges/store credit 

within 10 days of the original shipment date. Items must be in their original condition,

tags attached, unworn, unwashed, no stains, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke etc.

The customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
